While our home features many modern amenities like the pool and hot tub, it is an authentic, older build typical of this historic neighborhood. We believe the slight imperfections and "lived-in" feel are part of its unique Arizona charm!

Driveway: There is dedicated space for one vehicle in the driveway. Please note that there are two permanent vehicles parked on the side of the driveway (part of our long-term maintenance projects).
Additional Parking: Don't worry if you have a second car! There is ample, easy parking directly in front of the house off the curb.

As this is a classic property, you may notice some vintage character, including older window styles and minor cosmetic wear. We are constantly working on "slow-burn" updates to preserve the home while keeping it comfortable for our guests.

Great place for family reunion.
great stay, nice area.
We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The host was very accommodating and even let us check in earlier, which really helped us get settled after traveling from CA. Communication was great the entire time, quick replies, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The house itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the details in the bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and felt super safe. There was plenty of room inside for everyone to spread out, and the backyard was really nice. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great host!
